Lawn Maintenance and Mowing in Fargo-Moorhead

Professional, meticulous weekly upkeep that boosts curb appeal.

Lawn Maintenance and Mowing in Fargo-Moorhead

Keeping up with mowing gets old fast. The grass grows like crazy in spring, then you skip a week and it looks rough. Hot Saturdays disappear behind the mower. Edges get shaggy, the trimmer runs out of line, and the yard never looks as clean as you want. Meanwhile your neighbor's lawn has sharp lines and you wonder how.

B&W Outdoor Services takes the weekly cut off your plate. We mow Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Dilworth, and Sabin on a set schedule so your lawn always looks cared for. We edge the driveway and walks, trim around trees and beds, and blow the clippings off your hard surfaces. You come home to clean lines and real curb appeal.

Grass grows in bursts here. Spring is fast, then it slows in the hot dry part of summer. We adjust our cut height for the season so your lawn holds moisture in the heat and does not scalp. Taller grass in July shades the soil and stays greener. Small things like that come from 60 years of mowing these yards.

We are family-owned and veteran-owned. The same crew learns your property, your gate, and your pet. No new faces every week. No surprise charges. Just a sharp lawn you do not have to think about. Call (701) 212-0827 and we will set up a weekly cut that fits your yard and your budget.

Lawn Maintenance questions

How often should I mow my lawn in Fargo?

Weekly during the spring growth surge, and every week or two once summer heat slows things down. Cutting weekly keeps the lawn from getting too long and stops you from removing more than a third of the blade at once. We set a schedule and adjust it as the grass changes through the season.

What mowing height is best here?

We raise the cut to about three inches in the hot dry part of summer. Taller grass shades the soil, holds moisture, and crowds out crabgrass. We lower it some in spring and fall when growth is strong. Mowing too short is one of the fastest ways to brown out a lawn in July.

Do you bag or mulch the clippings?

We usually mulch, because the fine clippings break down and feed the lawn. That puts nitrogen back in the soil for free. If the grass is too long or wet, or you just prefer bagging, we will bag it. We blow all clippings off your driveway and walks either way.

Will it be the same crew every week?

Yes, as much as possible. We are a family and veteran-owned business and we keep crews steady. They learn your gate, your beds, and where the dog runs. That means fewer mistakes and a cleaner cut. You are not explaining your yard to a stranger every week.

Do you mow in West Fargo and Moorhead too?

Yes. We cover the whole Fargo-Moorhead area, including West Fargo, Moorhead, Dilworth, and Sabin. If you are not sure we reach your street, just call (701) 212-0827 and we will tell you straight. We have served this area for 60 years.
