Quotes and estimates

Any quote or estimate we give is based on the information you provide and what we observe on site. Pricing and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins. A quote is not a binding contract until both sides agree to it.

SMS and text messaging

By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us about your inquiry, appointments, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and safe access to your property so we can do the work. Please tell us about anything on the property we should know about before we start.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind our work. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the related service.
